
No work place is without its problems and at times people just don’t see eye-to-eye. When you have concerns about work-related problems including working conditions, harassment, discrimination and equity who do you call? APSA!
The APSA Advocacy Committee offers assistance and advice to members and provides representation in dealings with Human Resources and throughout the grievance procedure.
Members also have the right of representation at meetings in which disciplinary measures are invoked or threatened. APSA members who feel a University policy has been breached or unfairly applied should bring this to the attention of the appropriate people (Manager, Director, Dean) in their department/unit.
